Kelcie McKinley
Kelcie McKinley is a first-year MA student in the Department of Economics at George Mason
University. Kelcie graduated from Texas Tech University with a BA in Political Science. She worked as
a development associate at The Fund for American Studies. Previously, she interned at the Department of Education and the Texas House of Representatives. Her research interests include urban and environmental policy.
