Blake Hoogeveen
Blake Hoogeveen is a Co-Owner of MindSet, a company that spun out of Omaha’s only 5-time #1 Best Place to Work, QLI. Blake and the MindSet team provide innovative leadership training and consulting services to companies that believe with a better work culture, they have a better business. Blake also serves as a consultant to QLI, where he continues to offer expertise in fundraising that he gained as a 10-year employee on QLI’s fundraising and PR team.
Blake has a diverse professional background, including experience working at a Fortune 500 company, mid-size company, and start-up. He has also served as an advisor to many nonprofits, including Ronald McDonald House Charities, DIBS for Kids, Buford Foundation, and Latino Center of the Midlands.
Blake has also been heavily involved in the Greater Omaha Chamber over the past decade. He served on the volunteer-led planning committee for the YP Summit for several years, served a 3-year term on the GOYP Council, and is a recent graduate of the prestigious Leadership Omaha program.
Blake holds degrees in Actuarial Science and Finance from Drake University, and he is married and a proud dad of two.
