The Full Platter’s Christmas Cottage Food Guide contains contact information for 67 Nebraska cottage food producers who have registered to run home-based businesses under the state’s newly-expanded cottage food law, LB304.

Thanks to the Legislature, these creative Nebraskans can now make the holiday season even brighter, with beautiful confections and other delicious gifts in their communities and beyond.
